Why Brikl

The platform built for on-demand merch.

Brikl is the platform promotional product distributors run bulk orders and branded stores on — sourced at wholesale, produced per order, shipped direct. On demand is how the whole platform works, not a mode inside it, which is why a store takes about ten seconds and why nothing is bought before it sells.

What “built for on demand” actually means

Four things follow from designing the platform around per-order production rather than fitting it in afterwards.

Nothing is bought before it sells

No inventory, no minimums, no pre-buy — on either side of the business. A single jersey and a 500-piece order run through the same supply chain, so the economics don't change with the quantity.

The supply side is already connected

8,288 decorated products from 190+ wholesale brands across 12 fulfillment partners, at wholesale cost with live pricing. Nothing to source, negotiate or onboard before you can sell.

Stores and bulk, one supply chain

Bulk orders and always-on stores draw on the same marketplace, the same decoration options and the same fulfillment network — so serving a client both ways is one workflow, not two.

You only pay when you sell

3.5% per transaction, no subscription, no setup fee, no per-store charge. The pricing model only works if on demand works for you, which is the same bet the architecture makes.

One platform, two ways to sell

Place a bulk order, open an always-on store, or do both for the same customer — drawn from the same marketplace, with the same pricing and the same fulfillment behind it.

The order side · Order Builder

On-demand pricing for the bulk orders you place today.

Per-size grids, quantities and printed order sheets — but on per-unit pricing, with decoration set at the item level and margin live as you build. No storefront to stand up first, and no minimum to reach before the numbers work.

  • No store required before you can quote
  • Decoration set per item, not per order
  • Margin visible while you build, not after

The store side · Turbo Store

A live, stocked, correctly priced store in about ten seconds.

Give Brikl an industry, a quality tier and a logo. It builds the storefront, fills it from the marketplace and prices it. A rep can spin one up for every prospect, not only the accounts big enough to justify the work.

  • Catalog assembled for you, not picked by hand
  • One pricing rule across the whole store
  • Artwork placed on every product automatically

A client with an always-on store and a one-off order for an event is one relationship on Brikl — one catalog, one set of prices, one supplier, nothing to reconcile. Run on separate systems, that same client is two of everything.

What the platform decides, so you don’t

Adding a store should add sales, not headcount. The same four principles run through every part of the platform.

Aggressively simple

Fewer screens, fewer decisions, fewer files to keep in sync. The work of running a store doesn't grow every time you add one.

The platform decides, you don't

Orders route to the right decorator, artwork goes production-ready, tax and payment are handled. You approve; you don't coordinate.

One muscle memory

Sourcing, storefronts, orders, artwork and money work the same way across the platform, so what you learn once you use everywhere.

See the math

A live breakdown sits on every pricing surface — cost, markup, upcharges and margin — so nobody has to email to ask what's in a price.

What that looks like in practice

You can make anything in a couple of picks

There is a Create button on every screen, and it makes any record in the platform — a catalog, a store, an order, a discount, a wallet card, an upcharge, a whole sub-organization. A store needs a name. A discount needs the stores it redeems in and a value. Everything else is decided for you.

And all of it arrives as a draft. An order is pending with nothing in production; a discount is held until you switch it on; an upcharge collects nothing until a catalog applies it. That is the difference between a platform you use and one you are willing to experiment in.

Where this goes

Promo is a coordination business. That’s the part AI takes.

Look at where a distributor’s day actually goes and very little of it is selling. It goes on sourcing a product, chasing a quote, preparing artwork, re-keying an order into a supplier’s system, and answering “where is it?”. That is coordination — moving information between systems and people who each hold one piece of it.

Coordination is exactly what this generation of AI absorbs, and we think that reshapes this industry more than any single feature will. It is also why the platform is built API-first: every action a person can take in Brikl is already callable by software, which is the precondition for an assistant being able to do any of it.

Already true today

The platform coordinates instead of you. Orders route to the right decorator, logos become production-ready artwork on their own, and payment, tax and Merchant of Record are handled on the Launch plan.

Frequently asked questions

What is Brikl?
Brikl is the on-demand platform that promotional product distributors run their stores and orders on. One login covers sourcing, branded storefronts, bulk orders, artwork and payment, so a distributor can source at wholesale, place bulk orders or launch stores, and let production and shipping run automatically — no inventory and no minimums.
Does Brikl handle both bulk orders and online stores?
Yes, and that is the point of the platform. Brikl runs bulk orders and on-demand stores for the same client on the same catalog, the same decoration options, the same fulfillment network and the same margin view, priced at 3.5% per transaction with no subscription. Order Builder handles per-size bulk grids while Stores handle always-on branded storefronts.
Why does running both on one platform matter?
Because most distributors run them in two systems, which means two catalogs, two sets of pricing and two suppliers for one client. On Brikl, a client with an always-on store and a one-off order for an event is one relationship rather than two workflows, and nothing has to be reconciled between them.
How fast can you build a store with Brikl?
With Turbo Store, Brikl builds a live, stocked and correctly priced store in about ten seconds. You give it an industry, a quality tier and a logo, and it assembles the catalog, applies the pricing, places the artwork and opens the storefront. That speed is why a distributor can give every client a store, not only the largest accounts.
How does Brikl keep admin from growing with every store?
Brikl routes each order to the right decorator, generates production-ready artwork, and handles sales tax and payment as Merchant of Record on the Launch plan. Because the platform does the coordination, adding a store adds sales without adding the handoffs the industry reworks one in five orders over.
Can Brikl be run by an AI assistant?
The platform is built API-first, so every action a person can take is also callable by software. Brikl for AI, coming soon, exposes those actions as tools through Brikl's own MCP server, so the business can be run from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok within the scopes you set.
