Feature
Pop-up stores
Brikl pop-up stores open and close on a schedule, so a team, event or fundraiser gets a store for its window, with every order produced in one batched run.
What it does
- Open and close dates with auto-publish
- Batched production runs per window
- Built for events, teams and fundraisers
- No inventory left over when it closes
How you make one
A pop-up is a setting, not a different kind of store
Open any store’s record, find Availability, and switch the opening mode from Always open to Scheduled window. Two dates — opens and closes — and that is the whole configuration.
Because it is the same store either way, a seasonal program is a setting you change rather than a storefront you rebuild each year. Switch it back to always open and it carries on as a permanent store, with its catalogs, its domain and its history intact.
See the store record →What shoppers see, at each point
Nobody has to remember to publish it, and nobody has to remember to take it down.
Before the open date
The store exists and is finished, but shoppers see a coming-soon page rather than an empty storefront. You can send the link out early without anything looking broken.
During the window
It is an ordinary store. Shoppers browse, personalize and check out exactly as they would on an always-open storefront, and orders collect against the window.
After the close date
It closes itself. Shoppers see a closed page, and the orders collected during the window are batched into production in one run rather than dribbling out item by item.
Why the batch at the end matters
A window that collects orders and then produces them in one run is how a team, a school or an event gets decorated merch without anyone carrying inventory. The quantity is known before anything is made, everything ships from the same run, and the person organising it never has to chase a minimum.
Where a window beats an always-on store
Not every program wants a permanent storefront. Some want two weeks and a deadline.
Team and squad orders
Open the window when the roster is set, close it before production needs to start, and produce the whole squad in one run.
Events and conferences
A store that exists for the run-up and closes when the event does, rather than sitting online for a year afterwards.
Fundraisers
A defined selling period with a set-aside on every item, so the total raised is known when the window closes.
Seasonal and holiday drops
The same store, opened and closed on a schedule each year — the range, the branding and the address stay where they were.
Fundraising set-asides are configured once and applied to every line — see Upcharges & fundraisers.
