Placeholders are defined areas or markings where you can enter names, numbers, logos or prints. Placeholders are added on top of your design templates. Adding and defining placeholders is simple and intuitive.

In order to add a placeholder to your 3D model:

  1. Navigate to the BRIKLDashboard
  2. Go to Studio Editor
  3. Go to Studio Settings
  4. Go to Placeholders
Navigate to placeholder

Step 2 - Add a placeholder

  2. You will notice a red rectangle is added to the 2D pattern
  3. Continue to add as many placeholders as you like
  4. Enable each placeholder to make it visible for the end-user

Step 4 - Define the placeholder rules

1. You must define the number of items a placeholder can contain. The minimum is 1. An error will occur if the number of items is left blank.
