How to update product prices across multiple MicroStores

Learn how to edit multiple product prices at once.

If you're a merchant running multiple MicroStores, you may need to update the prices of one or more products across all your stores. Fortunately, this is a fairly straightforward process you can accomplish by updating the prices of your Master products.

When you update the prices of your Master products, the new prices will automatically reflect in your MicroStores. This is a quick and easy way to ensure that all your stores display the correct prices for your products.

⚠️ This method of updating prices only works when no selling price has been set for your products on a MicroStore level. If you have set a selling price for a product in a specific MicroStore, then you'll need to update the price individually in that store.

How to update a Master product?

The products you create in your Catalog are considered Master products. See How to add a product for more information.

To update the price of a Master product, simply go to Catalog > Products and select a product to edit.

In summary, updating the prices of your Master products is a convenient way to ensure that all your MicroStores display the correct prices for your products. Also, it saves a significant amount of time and work.

Just be aware that this method will not work if you've set a selling price for a product on a MicroStore level, in which case you'll need to update the price individually in that store. Learn more about overriding product details.
